Bill Rand's Research

• SLUCE: Besides my research the other major project I work on is called Sluce, and deals with creating ABMs of residential location models at the Urban Rural interface, with the goal of better understanding suburban sprawl.
• Musen: My master's work was in computational aesthetics where I did some work with Music Information Retrieval and Literary Author Identification.
• Garage and Lil-gp: In undergrad I worked for the Garage at MSU and was involved with the lil-gp project.
