Examples
of my work in biology include an individual based model of bluegill
foraging behavior, a program for quantifying river habitat
characteristics using fractal geometry and an algorithm for determining
genetically diverse subpopulations in livestock.
I am currently working with a group at UM (Jim Breck, Bobbi Low, Ed Rutherford and Carl Simon) modeling the life history of Great Lakes Salmon.
