Evolutionary Engineer Position

Genetics Squared, an Ann Arbor based biotech, is looking for software engineers with experience in evolutionary algorithms or other advanced machine learning techniques to manage and extend a custom implementation of genetic programming. Requirements include strong C++ programming experience as well as scripting language expertise in languages such as Python, Perl, or R. Some experience in the design and application of evolutionary algorithms such as genetic algorithms, genetic programming or other similar systems necessary but will consider experience with machine learning methods such as Support Vector Machines or neural networks. Knowledge of X Windows a plus, as are good writing skills, and IT experience.
