Project Diversity is an interdisciplinary research effort aimed at understanding and teaching the implications of diversity from a theoretical perspective. Our ultimate aims are to understand the impacts of diversity on multiple dimensions as well as the evolutionary, economic, and social pressures that determine the levels of diversity in a system.

As part of the project, we are putting together a collection of lecture notes that can be used by other scholars interested in teaching courses on the theory of diversity.

Project Diversity is funded by the James S. McDonnell Foundation and the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching at the University of Michigan.
